Community

Our community services provide health care within the community, outside of hospitals in Enfield. It includes health visiting and nursing for long-term illnesses, including diabetes and heart failure. Our healthcare professionals have specialist skills and care for children, young people, adults and older people.

We have several divisions within Community Services, as follows:

Community Physiotherapy
Community physiotherapy educates, supports, and cares for patients with a wide range of conditions, aiming to help them maximise their functional ability to perform everyday tasks and be as independent as possible within their home environment.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
We are a team of specialist physiotherapists who assess and provide management for patients that present with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, helping them maximise their recovery and functional ability.
